Hello, what can I give a 3-month-old baby so that they could at least sleep for a bit, as they don't sleep all night and during the day they manage somehow (any musician scares them and steps and immediately a tantrum. Can they be bathed in some herbs?).

У меня сын спокойный был, но я слышала что можно давать успокоительное, типа Риабала на ночь, но лучше врача спросить)
