I called the pediatrician, she said to put candles and observe. If they don't help, an ambulance. I put a candle for the baby, waited 1.30 and nothing. I called an ambulance, they looked and took us to the infectious ward. And there they examined the baby, measured his temperature and took blood samples. And there they showed 36.1 in the end.
