Moms, help. Our baby is 6 weeks old and her belly button still won't fully heal. We're applying brilliant green twice a day. I've cut a hole in the diaper but my daughter lifts her legs very high and the diaper keeps rubbing at the navel — cutting the hole doesn't help. Has anyone had this? What else can I put on the belly button? The pediatrician says it's because she's a chubby baby. But I don't believe that.
