я принимаю один ундевит+две ревита+три аскорбиновой кислоты. утром фолиевую кислоту, утром и вечером кальций жидкий с д3.

Вообще, как говорил врач, то избыток и перенасыщение витаминов даёт один результат - негативный. Нужно проверить чего у вас не хватает сначала, а потом пить)
