Hello girls ? Could you please tell me the gestational age is 9 weeks? I've been walking a lot today and my belly feels tight now, there are no discharge. Is this something dangerous? I have an appointment only on April 27th.

Полежите, отдохните. Можно послушать медитации. Скорее всего тонус. Если после отдыха не пройдёт, обратитесь к врачу.

У меня такое было и есть! Это тонус! Нужно вам первый триместр больше отдыхать , чувствуете сразу лечь и отдыхать! Это у каждой второй!)
