Good morning! Please tell me, has anyone been given intramuscular painkiller injections by the ambulance/paramedics during pregnancy — is there any harm to the fetus? 25 weeks, I fell down the stairs, possibly a foot fracture or a muscle tear, they put on a cast without an X-ray.
