Болеть не приятно) да и если долго не проходит то и плоду может плохо повлиять. Если народные методы не помогли, то конечно к врачу сразу, не тяните)

Жар я понимаю вы имеете ввиду изжогу?если болит горло без симптомов других,то мне сливочное хорошее мороженое помогает,если уж температура то ко врачу
