Комплектов витаминов хороших не бывает ). Лучше сдать анализы и пропить, которые в дефиците. Витамин д - вигантол , детримакс , многие с ай херб заказывают, через кз можно сейчас.

Лучше узнать каких витаминов действительно дефицит и готовить те продукты, которые богаты теми витаминами, которых не хватает Вашему малышу
