Whether or not you can breastfeed your child while pregnant is unclear. I had a miscarriage at 6 and 8 weeks and think maybe that's why.

Можно, если течение беременности в норме. Но замерла думаю не из-за этого.

Вам нужно провериться на гормоны, инфекции. Не думаю что от кормления. А кормить можно если вам комфортно.
