После родов надо сдать анализ крови, исключить железодефицит. Так же можно принимать витамин Д в профилактической дозе

Лучше всего сдать анализы на нехватку витаминов и уже на основе этих анализов пропивать то, что не хватает. А так посоветовала бы мультивитамины Milkies, Nursing Postnatal, для кормящих женщин.
