Girls, please tell me about your experience with mastitis and breast pain. Since yesterday my breasts feel like they've been swapped ? First one, then the second, they hurt terribly even at rest, hot. There are no lumps, there is slight redness on one side (it hurts more) and when I hold the baby for the first 5 seconds sparks fly from my eyes ? There's no relief after feeding or pumping. I applied a cool compress, but unsuccessfully. Never before in 3 and a half months have my breasts felt this bad, what happened?! Help with advice ??
