Has anyone had chronic pyelonephritis?

Has anyone had chronic pyelonephritis?? Is this diagnosis scary?? Today they said there is an infection in my urine.

Моче инфекция это конечно плохо надо лечиться.А что касается пиелонефрита я уже 8 лет с ней живу к сожелению.
