🆘 Hi everyone 👋🆘 I'm completely low on energy. Yesterday I had an ultrasound and they said everything is fine with the baby, they didn't mention any threat of miscarriage or any problems. My belly sometimes hurts like period cramps — it comes and goes, it can twist like that for about 30 seconds. I haven't really felt my ovaries hurt like that before, but it wasn't long either. Anyway, I went to my doctor — I see her regularly and at every appointment I've said my belly hurts sometimes. She told me it's nothing, the uterus is growing, the belly is growing so it hurts. So today I came in with yesterday's ultrasound, she looks and says everything is fine. I start telling her again that my belly hurts occasionally. She asks what kind of job I have, what I do, and I started to explain that I quit my job because it was very stressful and hard. At home there's a garden — I can water it, pull weeds, we dug up potatoes but I just gathered them, I clean the house, cook, that's it. Same as everyone, my grandmother carried cement, my mom carried bricks while pregnant and they were fine. Then she started on me about a threatened miscarriage, saying "let's admit you to the hospital," gave me a referral to get a progesterone test (I don't know if I spelled it right, I'm writing from memory) and told me to take it. I told her, "Okay, I'll take the test, and then you'll decide whether to admit me to the hospital or not." Basically I don't understand — if the ultrasound is normal, then what threat?
