Газообразование повышенное) делайте упражнения, тазом крутите) йога для беременных, если нет угрозы и тп.

Метеоризм? Если в кишечнике колит, может укропную водичку попьёте, выгоняет газы, семена укропа в аптеке продают, сделайте отвар.

Газики) укроп запаривайте и пейте. Хорошо помогает в весь период беременности.
