My lower abdomen is aching, 12 weeks. Sometimes I get sharp/stinging pains when urinating — has anyone experienced this? I'm worried about what it could be. I went to the screening and they didn't say anything, only that the uterus is a bit tense and lies on the anterior wall! What could this be, what do you think?
