Hello. The pressure is rising and falling at times. Will it cause labor at 38 weeks of pregnancy or will they do a cesarean section?

В первую очередь вам надо отправиться на госпитализацию в роддом, где за вашим состоянием и за ребенком будут наблюдать врачи. Если вашему состоянию будет что-то угрожать, то выберут подходящий на тот момент способ родоразрешения. Всех подряд конечно не режут и не стимулируют
