У нас так было, ему не нравилось купаться, и первое время были сопли слезы. Я сначала испугалась, побежала к врачу. Сказала ничего страшного, можно смягчающее масло капать по пару капель.

У нас так было в вашем возрасте, тоже перепугалась побежала к педиатру, нам тогда сказали что нормально, просто все адаптируется и привыкает к окружающей среде, но я бы на вашем месте лучше перестраховалась и показала ребенка педиатру, мало ли что, сейчас зима и простыть может)
