Hello! My baby is 4 months old, has excessive drooling, a fever in the evenings up to 37.2°C, diarrhea up to 5–6 times a day (watery with bubbles). The diarrhea has been going on for 4–5 days. Is this kind of diarrhea normal during teething??? I am exclusively breastfeeding. I haven't changed my diet; it's the same. For now I'm giving Smecta, but I don't see any improvement; the stool is yellow, sometimes green. Please tell me whether this diarrhea is normal or not?
