Girls, I'm at week 37, about an hour ago I felt my lower abdomen tighten, before that nausea started, I wanted to sit on my knees and rest my arms on the table. So I did, for about 10-15 minutes it felt good, still a bit of fever like it went up, it got stuffy somehow. It was like this usually right before my period starts and the first few days when they begin. After 10 minutes it let go. Also in the morning there was dark, watery stool. The tightening after that didn't repeat, but I still feel nauseous. Is this what they call training? If so, how long after starting them did you have real contractions?
