Headache during pregnancy is a fairly common occurrence due to changes in a woman's body. First, it's important to pay attention to your lifestyle and diet. Try to devote more time to rest, avoid stressful situations, eat properly, and drink enough water. You can also try gentle head massages, applying cold compresses to the forehead and the back of the neck, drinking warm beverages with ginger or mint, and engaging in relaxation exercises and meditation. It is also important to consult a doctor for advice and the possible prescription of safe methods for relieving headaches in pregnant women.

Eat dark chocolate with hot tea and then straight to bed. I tied a band around my head not too tightly until it felt better. I applied "Star Balm" on my forehead, temples, behind the ears, and neck. I took children's paracetamol, but it didn't help me.
