Hello everyone, for those who were 27 weeks pregnant, did anyone experience leg pain, especially pulling pains at night? What did you do? What did you apply? Or is there something you need to drink? Please advise if anyone has had such cramps.

1. Massage your legs and calf muscles before bedtime.
2. Stretching and relaxation exercises for the legs.
3. Taking warm baths or soaking your feet before bedtime.
4. Avoid standing or sitting for long periods.
5. Wear comfortable and not too tight shoes.
6. Drink sufficient amounts of water.

Hello! I am finishing week 30 with twins and occasionally experience cramps, literally woke up from it this morning. Usually, it's due to a lack of calcium, if I'm not mistaken 🤔 During the cramp itself, ask your husband/mom to help you by lifting your toes upwards and massaging the calf/any other area where the spasm occurred.
The cramps themselves are muscle contractions, and the main task is to stretch these muscles out 🙂
