Good day! Question about nose bleeding. I'm suffering from pregnant rhinitis + thin blood vessels. Often during spitting up blood. Didn't worry much. Now it happens more often and just like that, without any actions. And if I cough...just nightmare, blood flows out of both nostrils. There are pressure problems, but in moments of bleeding it is normal. How can I strengthen the vessels even a little bit? What did you use to save yourself?
