Girls, hi everyone. Please advise, 4 days until my period, 3 tests showed 2 lines. Today some brownish spotting started, but literally a couple of drops, and once when I went to the toilet I saw bright red blood, also literally a tiny drop. This was around day 10-11. Right now I'm wearing a pad and I only see a barely tiny dot. Since this morning I've had a bit of shooting pain in the area of the ovaries and uterus. I'm terribly worried. 8 months ago I had a missed miscarriage. I'm really scared. What could this be? Could it be implantation bleeding? Thanks in advance.
