Good evening! Ladies, could you tell me how to improve lactation? Sometimes I can't get 90 ml out of both breasts (I use a breast pump) because I can't feed from the breast, it's painful, so I only feed from a bottle. It's been a month and there should be more feeding amounts, could you suggest something that helps?
