At 6 months I've already gained 10 kg, the doctor says we need to lose some weight, and I understand that I went overboard. I don't drink sweet drinks and sodas, and in general, I try not to eat sweets, but damn how I want them. I can easily bypass the greasy and fried food. The scale has been stable for a week :(
