Hello! In the first two trimesters I didn't take any vitamins or complexes (only folic acid in the first trimester). I want to start taking a complex now (third trimester), what do you recommend!? Thank you in advance ?

Лучше сдайте анализы , в третьем триместре не рекомендуется пить поливитамины

Сдайте анализ на дефицит витаминов и проконсультируйтесь с врачом,если в организме всего хватает,то не нужно ничего принимать!
