Girls, for about a week now I've been struggling with insomnia. In general, I sleep only 3-4 hours a day. At night I feel tired and want to sleep, but I can't fall asleep. I doze off in the morning. During the day I don't even want to sleep. I try to go out in the fresh air and do housework during the day so that I could fall asleep immediately in the evening, but it's all useless ?.
